Library Discipline for the Students/Visitors:

A. General Rules
– Silence and Decorum should be maintained inside the library.
– Librarian may not issue books to those who do not follow the general rules.
– The timings are from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM during all working days.
– Library remains closed on gazetted holidays.
– Membership Card is mandatory for accessing the resources of library.
– Student’s ID Card is compulsory for getting access to the library.
– Visitors/Students are expected to sign-in the Library Register.
– Institute is NOT responsible for any loss of belongings of the students/visitors.
– Registration is required to become a member and to access the resources.
– No personal items are allowed inside the library.

B. Rules for Issuing Books
– Books must be returned on or before the submission deadline.
– Loss of books and library card should be immediately reported to the Librarian in writing.
– Journals/Periodicals/Magazines may not be issued to the students.
– Books/Journals/Periodicals/Magazines are to be kept in respective places after use.
