Rules For Cancellation
In case the prospective student who has been provisionally admitted wants to cancel his/her admission, he/she is expected to submit an application (in duplicate) in the prescribed format and may request refund of fees. The management may scrutinize the request, and applicable refund of fees shall be made in due course.
Please note that such application for cancellation will be considered IF AND ONLY IF the admission has been confirmed after payment of the requisite tuition fees etc. ‘in full’ and by submitting the original documents. Refund shall be made after deduction of the cancellation charges as outlined below:

1. | a. Request for cancellation of admission is received before the start of the academic session. b. The seat could be filled by the Institute before the cutoff date. | Entire fee would be refunded after deducting Rs. 1000/- if both 1a and 1b are fulfilled. |
2. | a. Request for cancellation of admission is received after the start of the academic session. b. The seat could be filled by the Institute before the cutoff date. | Entire fee would be refunded after deducting the fees for Tuition, Development and Hostel (if any) on a proportional basis if both 2a and 2b are fulfilled. |
3. | a. Request for cancellation of admission is received before/after the start of the academic session. b. The seat could not be filled by the Institute. | No Refund will be made in case 3b is applicable. In that case, only the Security Deposit will be returned. |
